1.Poor quality tube
Generally, oil pipes are used in the multi-functional combined punching and shearing machine system to realize the circulation of oil, and the types are also rich, such as steel pipes, copper pipes, rubber pipes and so on. But the quality must be good. If it is a relatively inferior oil pipe, its bearing capacity is poor and it is easy to be damaged, thereby causing oil leakage. Therefore, it is very important to choose high-quality tubing.
2. Improper installation
When installing the hard pipe, it should be bent according to the specified bending radius, otherwise the pipeline will have different bending internal stress, and leakage will gradually occur under the action of oil pressure. If the bending radius of the hard pipe is too small, the outer pipe wall of the pipe will become thinner, and the inner pipe wall will have wrinkles, which will cause the pipe to generate a large internal stress at the bend, which will greatly weaken the strength. When the hose is installed, if the bending radius does not meet the requirements or the hose is twisted, etc., the hose will be damaged and oil will leak.
3. Pipe connector
Oil leaking often occurs around the pipe connector. Because the joints are poorly sealed, the sealing oil pressure is much lower than the peak pressure of the hydraulic oil. The fault personnel only need to remove it, wash it, and then tighten it.
