How to Improve the Working Efficiency of CNC Sheet Metal Bending Machine
As the control system of motor, CNC sheet metal bending machine is generally used for high protection and high safety functions of circuit breaker, leakage protector, alarm device, remote controller, signal line and other equipment in power supply system. The three roll rolling machine is mainly used in the production of mould, calendering of assembly products and various motor cables, metal hose joints, welding and other metal accessories during die assembly.
The motion form of sheet metal bending machine can be divided into two forms: main motion and auxiliary motion. The main motion refers to the rotation and bending of the upper and lower spokes of the plate bending machine. The main motion completes the processing task of the plate bending machine. The auxiliary movement is the movement of loading, unloading, rolling up and down, and the turnover of the upside down frame.

1. Check whether the rolling machine and the connecting screws are loose, and whether the belt tightness is normal.
2. During the work, the materials falling from the joint of the furnace of the rolling machine shall be cleaned regularly.
3. Check whether the bending machine is deviated, whether the joint connection is intact, and adjust and repair it in time.
4. If the fire is not completely cleared and extinguished at night, someone must be on duty to prevent the fire from damaging the equipment.
5. The mechanic shall timely add grease and oil to each part, regularly check whether there is abnormal sound in each machine, if found, deal with it in time, regularly check whether each part is missing, if found, make up in time.
Before disassembly, confirm whether all structures of track and operation platform are safe and reliable, and remove the relay, reliable indicator light and tire of main power switch contactor.
