CNC Press Brake is a machine that can bend thin plates. Its structure mainly includes a bracket, a working table and a clamping plate. The working table is placed on the bracket. The working table is composed of a base and a pressing plate. The base is connected with a hinge and a clamping plate. Connected, the base is composed of a seat shell, a coil and a cover plate, the coil is placed in the recess of the seat shell, and the top of the recess is covered with a cover plate. CNC Press Brake hydraulic system must be composed of the following five parts if it can work normally:
1. Power device: It is an energy conversion device that converts the mechanical energy input by the prime mover into liquid pressure energy. It is generally composed of an electric motor and a hydraulic pump, and its function is to provide pressure oil for the hydraulic system.
- Actuator: It is an energy conversion device that converts the pressure energy of the liquid into mechanical energy. Its function is to output force and speed (linear motion), or torque and speed (rotary motion) under the push of pressure oil. Such components include various types of hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors.
3. Control and adjustment element: It is an element that can control or adjust the pressure, flow or direction of the oil in the hydraulic system to ensure that the actuator completes the expected work. Such components mainly include various hydraulic valves, such as relief valves, throttle valves, and reversing valves.
4. Auxiliary components: Auxiliary components refer to fuel tanks, accumulators, oil pipes, pipe joints, oil filters, pressure and flow meters, etc. These components respectively play the role of heat dissipation, storage, energy storage, oil delivery, connection, filtration, pressure measurement and flow measurement to ensure the normal operation of the system. They are an indispensable part of the hydraulic system.
5. Working medium: It plays the role of transmitting motion and power signal in hydraulic power transmission and control. The working medium is hydraulic oil or other synthetic liquids.
CNC Press Brake realizes the compaction and bending of bar materials by compacting hydraulic cylinders and bending tool hydraulic cylinders. The hydraulic transmission system uses a plunger hydraulic pump to supply oil to provide the working pressure of the system. The working pressure of the system can be displayed by the pressure gauge and its switch. The electromagnetic relief valve is used to control the unloading of the system. The movement direction of the compression cylinder is controlled by a two-position four-way electromagnetic reversing valve. The working pressure of the compression cylinder is low. The two-position two-way reversing valve is used as a balance valve to prevent the compression cylinder from falling due to its own weight when the pressure is released. The movement direction of the bending tool hydraulic cylinder is controlled by a three-position four-way electromagnetic reversing valve. The one-way throttle valve is used to throttle the speed when the piston of the bending tool hydraulic cylinder rises and falls.
